I am playing Squash since 8 years ago (or more !) . 
This sport is really attractive and I enjoy it . You must think and act in less than a second to beat the opponent . If you cannot think about your next action , you will lose and if you cannot do what you are thinking about in less than a second , you will lose the game too .
In Squash a good player needs to watch every action of his opponent , if not , he cannot do his best action to win . Squash ball has a tremendous speed, more than 100km/h , when it hits you it can be a dangerous bullet ! . Imagine when you want to look back and see your opponent's action and something hits your right eye! This was my position in previous Saturday! at that moment I thought I was blind ! But after I went to hospital they said I had some limited internal bloodshed in my eye . now, after 3 days , I still have problem to see objects within 1 meter distance . Looking at my LCD is a nightmare! . Use eye protection when you want to play Squash!
